This is so me

Tang Weng Chuen Raymond
Many years of research conducted by The Gallup Organization suggest that the most
effective people are those who understand their strengths and behaviors. These
people are best able to develop strategies to meet and exceed the demands of their
daily lives, their careers, and their families.
A review of the knowledge and skills you have acquired can provide a basic sense of
your abilities, but an awareness and understanding of your natural talents will
provide true insight into the core reasons behind your consistent successes.
Your Signature Themes report presents your five most dominant themes of talent, in
the rank order revealed by your responses to StrengthsFinder. Of the 34 themes
measured, these are your "top five."
Your Signature Themes are very important in maximizing the talents that lead to
your successes. By focusing on your Signature Themes, separately and in
combination, you can identify your talents, build them into strengths, and enjoy
personal and career success through consistent, near-perfect performance.
Includer
“Stretch the circle wider.” This is the philosophy around which you orient your life.
You want to include people and make them feel part of the group. In direct contrast
to those who are drawn only to exclusive groups, you actively avoid those groups that
exclude others. You want to expand the group so that as many people as possible can
benefit from its support. You hate the sight of someone on the outside looking in. You
want to draw them in so that they can feel the warmth of the group. You are an
instinctively accepting person. Regardless of race or sex or nationality or personality
or faith, you cast few judgments. Judgments can hurt a person’s feelings. Why do that
if you don’t have to? Your accepting nature does not necessarily rest on a belief that
each of us is different and that one should respect these differences. Rather, it rests
on your conviction that fundamentally we are all the same. We are all equally
important. Thus, no one should be ignored. Each of us should be included. It is the
least we all deserve.
Command
Command leads you to take charge. Unlike some people, you feel no discomfort with
imposing your views on others. On the contrary, once your opinion is formed, you

01/23/2011need to share it with others. Once your goal is set, you feel restless until you have
aligned others with you. You are not frightened by confrontation; rather, you know
that confrontation is the first step toward resolution. Whereas others may avoid
facing up to life’s unpleasantness, you feel compelled to present the facts or the truth,
no matter how unpleasant it may be. You need things to be clear between people and
challenge them to be clear-eyed and honest. You push them to take risks. You may
even intimidate them. And while some may resent this, labeling you opinionated,
they often willingly hand you the reins. People are drawn toward those who take a
stance and ask them to move in a certain direction. Therefore, people will be drawn
to you. You have presence. You have Command.
Input
You are inquisitive. You collect things. You might collect information—words, facts,
books, and quotations—or you might collect tangible objects such as butterflies,
baseball cards, porcelain dolls, or sepia photographs. Whatever you collect, you
collect it because it interests you. And yours is the kind of mind that finds so many
things interesting. The world is exciting precisely because of its infinite variety and
complexity. If you read a great deal, it is not necessarily to refine your theories but,
rather, to add more information to your archives. If you like to travel, it is because
each new location offers novel artifacts and facts. These can be acquired and then
stored away. Why are they worth storing? At the time of storing it is often hard to say
exactly when or why you might need them, but who knows when they might become
useful? With all those possible uses in mind, you really don’t feel comfortable
throwing anything away. So you keep acquiring and compiling and filing stuff away.
It’s interesting. It keeps your mind fresh. And perhaps one day some of it will prove
valuable.
Responsibility
Your Responsibility theme forces you to take psychological ownership for anything
you commit to, and whether large or small, you feel emotionally bound to follow it
through to completion. Your good name depends on it. If for some reason you cannot
deliver, you automatically start to look for ways to make it up to the other person.
Apologies are not enough. Excuses and rationalizations are totally unacceptable. You
will not quite be able to live with yourself until you have made restitution. This
conscientiousness, this near obsession for doing things right, and your impeccable
ethics, combine to create your reputation: utterly dependable. When assigning new
responsibilities, people will look to you first because they know it will get done. When
people come to you for help—and they soon will—you must be selective. Your
willingness to volunteer may sometimes lead you to take on more than you should.

01/23/2011Individualization
Your Individualization theme leads you to be intrigued by the unique qualities of
each person. You are impatient with generalizations or “types” because you don’t
want to obscure what is special and distinct about each person. Instead, you focus on
the differences between individuals. You instinctively observe each person’s style,
each person’s motivation, how each thinks, and how each builds relationships. You
hear the one-of-a-kind stories in each person’s life. This theme explains why you pick
your friends just the right birthday gift, why you know that one person prefers praise
in public and another detests it, and why you tailor your teaching style to
accommodate one person’s need to be shown and another’s desire to “figure it out as
I go.” Because you are such a keen observer of other people’s strengths, you can draw
out the best in each person. This Individualization theme also helps you build
productive teams. While some search around for the perfect team “structure” or
“process,” you know instinctively that the secret to great teams is casting by
individual strengths so that everyone can do a lot of what they do well.

What makes you stand out?
It’s very likely that you genuinely care for every person you meet. You have a capacity for
discovering a person’s unique interests and characteristics. You make a special effort to
welcome newcomers and strangers into your life. Chances are good that you capitalize on
your ability to ask questions and listen to people’s answers, especially when meeting
strangers or newcomers. You might even be tempted to eavesdrop on what they are telling
someone else. Not wanting anyone to feel like an outsider, you are apt to draw individuals
into the conversation. Unquestionably, you search for reasons to involve them in your own or
the group’s activities. Because of your strengths, you solicit the thoughts, feelings, and advice
of many people. You do not want anyone to feel left out of a conversation, activity, meeting,
plan, or decision. Instinctively, you want everyone to feel part of the group and its activities.
You do and say things to spare people the misery of rejection and loneliness. Once someone
joins your circle, you identify the talents that make this person so very special. By nature, you
find a way to involve everyone so each person has a good experience. You strive to create a
sense of belonging and acceptance. When someone feels left out, you often are the person
who finds a way to engage that individual in the group’s activities and conversations.

Instinctively, you are known for being realistic and unsentimental. Nonetheless, there are
times when you wish you did a better job of expressing your own feelings and allowing
others to voice theirs. The moment people start getting too emotional, you tend to redirect
their attention to practical matters or objective facts. It’s very likely that you commonly
influence people to produce results, sign up to work on projects, or rally around causes. When

Instinctively, you can simplify the most complex, convoluted, or intricate procedure. People
usually rely on you to offer clear and easy-to-comprehend explanations. Driven by your
talents, you enjoy sharing ideas, exchanging information, and trading stories. During
conversations, you usually are the person who simplifies complicated details. You can help
individuals understand intricate procedures, theories, regulations, or plans. Chances are good
that you customarily figure out what makes each person special. You talk to, observe, or
study individuals who produce nothing less than excellence to identify what inspires them.
Unquestionably, you prefer to associate with those who share your passion for taking
something good and making it better. Once you understand what drives a person, you can
motivate him or her to transform whatever was made better into something utterly superb.

a certain way. Once in a while, you present evidence that explains why a particular event
occurred. Perhaps some people rely on you to help them find reasonable explanations. Driven
by your talents, you sometimes like to participate in meetings with individuals who are trying
to set their goals. Maybe you ask questions or make suggestions that help them clearly define
their objectives. Without your intervention, some people might flounder as they attempt to

.Saturday, November 20, 2010.

Back to blogging for a while.
Well , lot of things had happened lately but thanks goodness all is coming to an end.
Well, more things had ended abruptly but well some with a good cause other well what can i say. New friendship was forged and made. This is now a need for me to maintain those friendship i want and those that i do not want. NCC is an organization that i try my best not to be tied into. The organization is pretty mess up right now.

Well, this are friendship that i must maintain and keep for the rest of my life. Friendship with Ivy,Clement,WenYi,Binglin,SinMiao,Christopher,ChenYang,Wilson,MeiJin,JingWen,ChengEe,Cheryl. These are friends that i do not want to lose, they are those whom i feel family with. Bond that will not faded or disappear. Even with minimum contact, the bond is still strong. These are my most treasured possession. Well , i do have many friends but friends that become buddys for life are not many.

You do hang out with different friends daily, making new friends and all that. Some friendship become mild when a rare portion of it become strong.

Well there are also friendship that you want to maintain and keep for live. For me, Friendship made in camps and events are those i wish to keep. Like my red campers friends, CSC camp group ,TingRui,GinaTan,kelyn and bingyang, YOG group especially my JieJies Melissa,YuYing,Wang Fei and Tiwi , well , my sec 1 classes ,ZhengZhou friends, hongWen friendships my juniors and my student council frens.

Well, some friendship nothing what happen, it will never go strong , it will be on and off. Friend ship with my poly class has always been like this, well , Sec 3 and 4 are similar too. No matter what happen it will not work out. They may still be fren but pretty much on the surface....

Well, Friendship are for life for some , others not. It is best to choose wisely.

Back to poly life. I need to get my spirit up and kicking. I need to study hard and maintain my activities as well. I am falling behind and i need to start catching up if not it might be like falling off a trend mill when u cannot maintain speed.Well that is for studies side.

As for romance and friendship, well friendship been fun especially the new one i made. Well, still waiting to go and buy my horoscope book looking for people to pei me do some shopping haha. Well, romance has not not smooth so far. It seems so near yet so far.

Well, yesterday had one hell of a time. Went to school as normal. Then got CCN day, grab cookies from the clubroom and task my class to sell it. Well, it went well i guess. Then come the tiring event, street soccer with classmates and their frens. Wow it was super tiring, the heat was far too torturing for us.

I went home at 4 plus, went to east gate and saw ZX , then boarded my bus. I was tired so i was resting on the second floor of the bus, making myself cool down. Finally about to reach my stop, i went down to the exit area. To my astonishment, i saw Ivy who was sitting there alone. I chatted with her and then we alighted . however, Ivy stop at the wrong stop. Hence we walk down to the next bus stop. Well, there was a short cut which was pretty dangerous so we took a big turn. Well, for the first time was alone with her for pretty much a long time. We had a good time i think. We took a big turn and arrived at the bus stop. If that was not the bus stop she would have cab or i would bring her across to another bus stop. I didnt want her to tire out or waste money . YOKATTA , there was a bus to her place and i waited for her to leave first then i went home. On the way to the bus stop,i gave her a packet of cookies^^. Then we sms till she was busy.

Reach home, charge my phone for a while, then help my mum ran errands then i use our oversea phone to sms ivy . then was back but without the stuff. Then i took my phone and went to bugis to meet my classmate, we had steamboat tgt and boy did we eat till we drop. I went popular to search still cannot find then i went to buy hamster stuff then meet up with frens again then went bookstore but didnt see the book i wanted. Then went home.

Well, i wonder will feelings get stronger for me till i cannot control . Wad ever will happen, it is for fate, affinity and time to tell.
well <3
sometimes the person u like or love is happy , u can be happy to even if she was not in a r/s with you ^^
it took a while to actually feel that way
